Thanks SO much for getting me through not only a previous sale and purchase, but for getting me past this market and selling my house in what was probably record time for the market.  You were willing to give me your honest opinion on price and what I'd need to do to make the house picture perfect for a sale. Although we did have to come down in price to meet the lack of demand, you knew right where we needed to be to make it work and still allow me to come out ahead.  Selling a house in these times is hard work and stressful beyond anything I've ever experienced before in real estate, but you kept me on course and focused on the goal...a SALE.  I'm only sorry you aren't working in Delaware.
