I just wanted to drop you a note to express our sincere thanks for the tremendous job you and your marvelous team did in getting our home sold so quickly.  Hulda and I certainly appreciate the fact that this didn't happen by accident. At the end of the day, it was the result of lots of hard work by knowledgeable, dedicated and committed professionals.

Rather than just showing me houses to buy, Earle instead took a different approach with me.  She took the time to educate me on the Washington DC housing market.  She patiently showed me houses that could work, and houses that she knew wouldn't work. By taking this approach, she could quickly gauge what would be the right house for my family.  This approach was very time consuming for Earle.  But, in the end, it turned out to be the most effective way.  We love our new home and couldn't have done it without Earle.
